The new factory is equipped with precision and professional injection molding equipment, independent ten thousand class cleaning-room for injection molding and high-clean cleaning production line. Complete production equipment combined with high-clean cleaning production line, so that products from manufacturing to packaging to meet the customer's demand for high cleanliness of products.

Injection molding workshop is used to produce various types of Hard trays, including Jedec Tray, Matrix IC Tray, Waffle Pack, Chip Tray and so on. More importantly, ten thousand level cleaning injection molding workshop was more suitable for the Wafer shipping box series products. The clean injection molding environment ensures the quality control of products in the initial stage, and ultrasonic cleaning strictly controls the cleanliness of products. In this way, the products can not only meet the requirements of high cleanliness, but also conform to the market standards or even higher than the market requirements.
